VivaStreet.co.uk, the online classified website, will now offer financial services firms the chance to advertise their proposition for free.
Through its new ‘Financial Services’ category on VivaStreet.co.uk, the classifieds site will offer branded adverts comprising text, images, logos and contact details for free.
The service will also allow financial services companies to track how many people have viewed their ad, or ads, while consumers can save advertisements in their favourites folder, email them or share them through social websites.
The website says it receives 20 million page views and 3.5 million visitors per month.
VivaStreet.co.uk chief executive Yannick Pons says: “The internet has revolutionized the way companies promote themselves and has fundamentally changed not just the way consumers seek financial advice but the places they go to find that advice.
“In the digital era, financial services companies have to look beyond conventional advertising channels and adopt a multi-channel approach to their marketing that builds their web presence and boosts their chances of being found online. VivaStreet.co.uk does both of these things and doesn’t cost a penny.”
