Autobytel and Kelley Blue Book Join Forces

Irvine, Calif. “” With used cars expected to outsell new cars four-to-one this year, Autobytel and Kelley Blue Book are reaching out to help dealers by partnering.

More specifically, Autobytel’s Used Car Program will combine with KBB’s vehicle classifieds to expand each company’s reach into the used-car marketplace.

“Kelley Blue Book is perhaps the most recognized and revered consumer brand in the automotive market, and has been a major force in the used-car arena,” said Autobytel executive vice president and chief operating officer Mark Garms.

“We are very pleased to have the opportunity to connect Autobytel’s member dealers with Kelley Blue Book’s highly qualified used-car buyers,” he added.

The Trusted Marketplace at www.kbb.com attracts 12 million in-market vehicle shoppers each month, according to the company, and presents vehicles that match consumers’ desired characteristics.

“Autobytel’s network of thousands of Internet savvy dealers and their diverse inventories of top-notch used vehicles will be a welcome addition to The Trusted Marketplace,” said Mike Romano, senior vice president of dealer strategy for Kelley Blue Book. “By partnering with Autobytel, we can provide shoppers more inventory and dealers to help them find their next car.”
