The Florida based company competed against Harte-Hanks site PennySaverUSA.com and last year’s winner the Seattle Times for the category of Best Classified Website with fewer than one million visitors a month.
The publisher of Ocala4sale.com and Gainesville4sale.com offers free classifieds for private sellers. The company provides phone and storefront customer support in contrast to national sites like Craigslist. All listings are individually reviewed to eliminate spam, fraud and prohibited content (such as “erotic services.”)

The 2009 EPpy™ Awards competition was judged by a panel of over 40 industry experts and media specialists who considered about 400 entries. In all, 97 finalists were named in 32 categories.
