YouTube Brings TrueView Ads to Mobile

YouTube’s pay for engagement ad model, TrueView, is now available to target mobile devices via AdWords. Currently TrueView ads only work on Android devices but Google has plans to roll this feature out to all mobile devices in the coming weeks. Global Mobile Search Ad Spend Tops $3.2 Billion in 2011

The mobile rich media ad firm reports that in the first quarter of 2012 mobile rich media ads containing video had an average of 35 percent higher engagement rates.
