Monster, ITC Launch Website For Rural Job Market

New Delhi, India -- Online job site Monster.com, owned by Monster Worldwide Inc. and ITC Ltd. which owns internet based service chain for farmers, e-Choupal, have together launched a website aimed at rural job market called “Rozgarduniya.com”. The site is currently available in English and Hindi and can be accessed at e-Choupals in 4 states — Madhya Pradesh, Maharashta, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. The company plans to extend this to all the e-Choupals soon.

SPRINGFIELD -- The founder of monster-sized job-search Web site Monster.com says the country's employment picture will improve, but not until sometime in 2010. "I think we are starting to find the shape of the bottom," Jeffrey C. Taylor said before speaking Thursday at the annual meeting of the Affiliated Chambers of Commerce of Greater Springfield at the Springfield Marriott.
