Last time I checked Monster had shabby interface. It is not easy to select exactly what you want to search for.

I think you guys have missed a big one here. America’s Job Exchange has been around for awhile (I know they used to be called America’s Job Bank), and they seem to have a significant amount of traffic, more than some on your list. They’re been approaching a million users for awhile, and were right at that line in January. I think they at least need to be considered: http://siteanalytics.compete.com/www.americasjobexchange.com/?metric=uv

Monster has revamped their site and its much more effective and a lot easier to use now. Free training and daily webinars are helpful for people who are novices and want to learn posting best practices.

I do not see Employment Guide on the list. According to my statistics from Compete http://www.EmploymentGuide.com should be number 11.
